Launch of new brand and website - Rectory Farm
Rectory Farm is a 16th Century Farmhouse located a stones throw from the centre of Oxford, the Cotswolds and Blenheim Palace. Visitors to the area have been attracted to the quiet and tranquil rural location of Rectory Farm for over a decade, enjoying bed & breakfast accommodation within the farmhouse or the self catering holiday cottages.
Rectory Farm approached Oxfinder to upgrade the identity of their holiday business and to relaunch a website to improve conversions.
The completed brand identity included a logo, tone of voice, colour palette and visual styling which reflected the quintessential Oxfordshire charm and character of the farm; whilst maintaining a personable and approachable brand for consumers.
At the centre of this new brand creative was the design, development and launch of a lead generation website. Historically, referral traffic from local online travel destination sites like oxfordcity.co.uk had resulted in a steady stream of enquiries. But online behaviours in recent years have changed with consumers now willing to do hard research to find their perfect holiday or short break. The objective of the new Rectory Farm site was to engage with the large visitor numbers from the referral sites, and convert more of them into making a booking.
