Improved Apps approached Oxfinder for help with website conversions. There previous website was well built but it was failing to generate engagement or enquiries. Oxfinder performed a full audit of the website and identified a priority list of technical and content adjustments, functionality improvements and direction for a better user experience. The best way to achieve this was to redevelop the entire website with an optimised structure, evolved design and eye-catching styling which co-exists with strong calls to action.

The website design project was completed within 3 months including the creation of animated sequences which are linked to a user's mouse movement. The purpose of these animations was to highlight specific features and benefits and guide users towards conversion. Oxfinder also introduced and developed a Digital Adoption Healthcheck to help organisations get a quick understanding of Salesforce adoption across their workforce. The Healthcheck was created to increase engagement levels on the website, and to provide visitors with instant feedback and the most appropriate next steps.
