Whites Decorating are an established specialist home improvement business based in Oxford. With 30 years experience helping commercial and residential customers improve, expand or maintain their properties, their main source of new business until 2018 had been via referrals and traditional advertising.

Strong customer retention and year-on-year growth had helped Whites achieve their business objectives as well as gain recognition as one of the leading decorators and property refurbishes in the area. Creating visibility for the business online was the next stage in their growth strategy, and they approached Oxfinder to help them launch a lead generation website.

The build of the website was a classic planning, design and development process (PDD). We established user journeys for commercial and residential customers to identify the best way to incorporate lead generation funnels on the new website. These funnels steer users towards agreed conversion goals and provide valuable insight into user behaviours.

The design of the site included a working wireframe prototype, and new style ideas at the visual stage to work with Whites existing identity. We created all written and visual content for launch, and custom developed it in WordPress within 4 weeks.
